When an instance is created, memory, disk space and other attributes are initialized as hard values – it is impossible for one Guest instance to infringe on the resources of another. CPU utilization is based on a Fair Queuing method, assuring fast, reliable and guaranteed CPU time when it is needed most.

Performance
